The Hour Long Beginners Yoga Class costs $20 per person.

Our Goat Yoga classes are geared for adults and kids ages 10 and up.

We offer Goat Yoga the last Saturday of each month, and a handful of random bonus days.

May 4  – accepting reservations for 10:15 and 11:45 classes

May 25 – accepting reservations for 10:15, 11:45 and 1:15 classes

Goat Yoga Birthday Parties (all ages) and Bridal Showers

Party Packages begin at $175 and include a 30 minutes goat yoga session for up 12 people, followed by 1 hour of play time with the kids

Deb Hicks is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and completed her initial certification in May of 2009 with Yoga Yoga Austin. She began practicing Hatha Yoga in 2001, but fell in love with Kundalini Yoga and pursued that path to deepen her practice. She is working towards Level II certification, having completed modules in “Life Styles and Life Cycles” and “Conscious Communication” and “Authentic Relationships”. She has received training from Shakta Kaur in “Radiant Child Yoga”. She has been teaching for CP Community Ed since August of 2009 and was named as “Outstanding Community Ed Instructor” in 2010. She hopes that the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Yogi Bha-jan will help to enhance the already strong and growing Yoga Community in and around the Texas Hill Country.

Linnette Shine graduated in 2015 in the 200 hour Hatha Yoga program with Yoga Yoga Austin. Practicing since 1996 she has been a regular with the Center Point Con-tinuing Education yoga program. Combining a yoga program and her master’s in counseling she has been assisting students with ways of dealing with stressors and helping them to enjoy a good quality life. Yoga is a great way to connect with yourself and others. It gives a sense of calm to mind and body.
